This-Home Handyman is a Tampa based handyman service that employs a team of professionals to be on call for home and commercial projects.
The Initial Meeting This-Home Handyman was very organized and had very clear specifications and Keith knew exactly what he wanted. We helped to integrate an online scheduling system within the site and customize a 3rd party e-commerce platform that had already been developed before we came on board.
What We Did We helped develop everything This-Home Handyman needed in conveying their messaging online. Emphasizing the logoSee more on logo design & logo development. as well as the This-Home mascot "Dash" the monkey were key elements in this initiative.
Print Materials This-Home Handyman had several print campaigns they asked us to manage including door hangers, posters, flyers, and signage. In order to produce some of the signage, we also held several photo sessions to get images of Keith with his car and Dash, his trusted monkey mascot.
The main core messaging that was important to be emphasized was "on line, on time and in uniform." Because the handyman industry is fraught with people who are not honest, projecting the image of reliability was critical. Part of This-Home handyman's strategy was to offer a large discount if they did not show up on time, which provided a significant competitive advantage.
