Build Your System
For those UsbaUSA clients who aren't familiar with the vast array of tools and services offered, we anticipated that the ability for building a system was going to be an important feature. As a 4-step process, customers can start creating their custom system with UsbaUSA units. These units aren't just mini PC's that are wonderfully portable, but they can allow seamless connections so that a customer is never without his/her files. Combined with the affordable plans that come with the units, customers can also add accessories - think portable speakers, PIN drives, printers and more!

 
Search Engine Optimization & Search Engine Marketing

We were very excited for the search engine optimization of UsbaUSA to show in the engines. In their first month they climbed to the top of page two for green computing.

Connecting Businesses
Knowing that a lot of the UsbaUSA service is integrated with the technology aspect they feature, the next step was to make their business support system available to online members and customers. So, a ticketing system for their tech support team was put in place in order to easily manage their customers; this was coupled with a knowledge base, forum and blog feature to ensure that UsbaUSA is accessible to their client base and vice versa.

Imaging an Association
Not only did UsbaUSA want to create the brand image that represented their role as being a valuable resource to businesses, but wanted to also convey the fact that they have cultivated an entire association around what they do for other companies.

What We Did
Our thoughts were to incorporate the imagery of connectivity, which is an important theme throughout UsbaUSA's brandingView more on branding. because they (1) connect businesses to each other; (2) connect with their customers; (3) connect businesses to their respective customers.

Management Tools
Having so many services to manage and clients to organize, we knew that UsbaUSA would need to employ a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to most effectively sustain growth. Before development could happen, we had to examine UsbaUSA's methodology behind gaining, retaining, and marketing to new and existing clients. The research involved was kept for the development, which includes integration with their current software used for finance management. We integrated their custom CRM to interface with QuickBooks to maximize business processes and the ability to manage their financial information effectively.
